Providence Impact

Working closely with Jerry Holmes, Alastair took responsibility for the programming and sequencing of all basement works whilst Jerry oversaw the four buildings in this 675,000 sq.ft project.

In conjunction with the CM, MACE, Alastair developed a detailed logistics and construction sequence of the complex deep basements and loading dock underpinning the four new buildings which included piling through the largest operational sub-station in the City of London, with Thomas Heatherwick designing the vents (see above photo).
